I guess to my skinny, boney posterior I recently started developing what felt like a bruise from sitting in the drivers seat. I looked for one of those seat pads to help, but none seemed to make any difference. I finally got a 2" thick memory foam seat pad from Walmart (in the furniture section... the ones that you tie to a wooden dinner chair)... that helped but didn't really solve the problem.

Finally I ran across the MiracleGel seat cover at the Little America TC in Wyoming. Expensive (like $59), but wow what a difference that makes! I can sit in correct position all day now and the bruised feeling is going away...

... if they sold a MiracleGel mattress pad I'd consider getting one even if they are expensive. The gel is made with a honeycomb pattern to spread out compression and add support. Very good product.

You remember what you paid for it? They gave DH a new mattress when he got his truck, and I picked up an eggshell for him that we cut to size, but he really could use something a little more comfortable.

    Thanks, Ellie

Yes, the full size was $119. Pretty amazing difference. We had a 4" memory foam topper from Walmart and this is WAY better.

Is Costco the only place to get it? By "full size" do you mean Twin, or Standard?

I am sure you could order online if I remembered the brand..We will be going to Costco today and I will look. Full Size is the size between twin and queen size. The bed in our truck is wider than a twin so we cut the full size down.

Thanks so much for doing our "legwork"! I really appreciate it! I believe DH's bed is also slightly wider than a twin, for we had to buy a double-sized eggshell cover and cut it down to size so it would be big enough.

OK, here is the info. It is the Novaform Gel topper. Link is http://www.novaformgel.com/
I just bought another for my son and his wife. Queen size at Costco was $109 after instant rebate. I do not know where else they can be purchased.

Thanks so much for your help. Here's hoping that your week is filled extra short red lights but no traffic jams whatsoever. :)
