I've tried several over the years including sleep dog and big rig mattress as well as commercially available twins. I liked memory foam okay but found they get a little hot sometimes. Now I buy my mattresses custom built from Lebeda. They make them any size you want which is nice since truck sizes vary. I currently have their Legacy pillowtop, it's great ! However, they can build about any sort you want including foam, foam topped, pillow top, etc... Well worth the investment for me, I feel like I get better sleep in 6 hours on a good mattress than 10 hours on a POS stock truck mattress.

Check out www.nontoxicbeds.com. They have truck mattresses too. They use a layer system so it's easy to pull apart if something untoward happens. You can also get different types of foam including latex for them. They seem a bit pricy, but I'd like to get something more comfortable myself.
