After looking, IDK what the difference in 03-1404s and 03-1404sg. minus the price. Heads are both GQ, 8 groove, 7 cyl

Main thing is the correct head. The #s system they have is so confusing. Looks like I have the slim line type lines according to the website. Slim line is a Freightliner only type of pad mounted lines. News to me. I would swear I returned a slim line head once that didn’t fit. Anyway, I think you’ve got enough info to find the right one.

Looks like the sg is the Chinese knockoff. Says Sanden “style” not Sanden.

I just went to their website. Apparently they’re all made in Singapore now!! Still there’s aftermarket ones out there.

C9CE1223-8AAC-40A1-8E8F-A19126B74A1E.png Here’s a great source. If you go to this website, you can get their catalog without signing in. Page 261 and up, has all the Sanden compressors, different heads, and connectors.

I called TruckerAC and left a message. I was gonna buy it from him as they offered next day shipping. But, he called back too late. MEI didnt offer the same shipping. So I called KW and they had it for only $6 more than TruckerAC. Truckpro didnt have it. I was on my way home Thursday morning when it went out. I was trying to have it shipped so I wouldn't have to go out after getting home(wife). :D @buddyd157 I looked into just changing the clutch but for about $140 more I just purchased the whole compressor. And got a receiver dryer too. With it being a holiday weekend, now I gotta find someone to install.

at least, the entire unit can be under warranty, rather than just one piece, and if something else went bad, you'd be SOL.

    good for you

i hope you get it taken care of ASAP, at a place near you, rather than on the road.

One thing nice to have all the parts. Your friendly auto mechanic can do the refrigerate extraction, big truck shop is not required.
    Good luck.
