What kind of local driving exists in Tennessee?

    I agree with Chinatown about making your own decisions. If you have children however be careful where you move. Taxes are low here and it shows in our education system. Some districts are better than others though.

    Reminds me of that woman in New York that was complaining about farmers needing financial help during the drought.
    She said, "Well, they can do like the rest of us and just get their food at the grocery store."
    Yeah, if Lake Mead runs dry, we'll just buy our water at the grocery store!

    Grocery is not a problem if water problem will be that bad that commifornia won't be able to supply enough food, all President will have to do it's open USA produce market to foreign countries, and trust me SOME Europe food aka cheese and a lot of vegetables taste way better there then what you have here ...
    Bow how you precious Vegas will survive without power and water it's completely unsolve problem

    I can survive without Las Vegas; have another home somewhere else that's paid for and no water shortage.
