I have a kooltron that's 25 years old that will still freeze water and soda.
They used to have a factory service center up by Batavia, N.Y.
One fan and 2 power cords is all I've had to replace.

I've had 3 Coleman's in the last 2 years, but I like the size and how fast they get cold. You can get them at Walmart for around $80 and get a 1 year warranty for a few bucks. Since they don't last long you can keep getting new ones every time it breaks down. I think their biggest problem is that they use too light gauge of a power cord and they get way too hot and fail prematurely. If you ever pull the cord out of the lighter after it's been running for a while the tip is too hot to touch. Not good.

None of them, theyre all junk gadgets.

I bought a whynter 1.75 cu. ft freezer which is awesome and keeps temp where you set the thermostate. -8 to 50f.

Slightly bigger than those 40 qt thermo-electric coolers. Buy on ebay, amazon or home depot online.
