    That’s the way our guy got busted in Ohio. I don’t know if maybe something had shifted and was just touching a strap but that’s why he went all chains

    I personally don’t see much wrong with that. As long as no sharp edges are in contact with the fabric of the strap it’d seem you could keep better tension on the chains
