What LTL companies have a no rehire policy and is this policy common in LTL's?

    I don't doubt that an SCM has the ability to do it, but at a lot of centers it would raise so much hell with the drivers that it wouldn't be worth it. Some of these guys are so cutthroat when it comes to seniority.

    In my experience, only ####ty companies ran by #### heads will not rehire if you left on good terms.

    Estes is A LOT more laid back than Saia and believe it or not I was kinda sick of a scheduled run. I prefer Extraboard and I really like it now that they have self dispatch for linehaul.

    There were some other non camera related issues that bugged me that I won’t get into in a public forum sorry..
