I have Virgin Mobile BroadBand to go 3G and it is about the biggest piece of junk. I have so much trouble getting and staying connecting to the internet with it. Anyone know of a better mifi? I run pretty much everywhere with the exception of the northeast or Canada.

Verizon or AT&T, take your pick. I prefer Verizon.

Go to AT&T or VZW. Buy a phone, and tether with it. No need for a seperate MiFi.

Remember most of the smaller carriers "piggy-back" on the major carriers network. They are not given priority.

I have Verizon mifi and an AT&T phone with it's own internet plan. Verizon has the better internet coverage hands down. I often have to connect my phone to the Verizon mifi when I'm in the middle of nowhere. The Verizon generally performs better than my AT&T connection as well when I have both, but not always.

I have an Iphone with AT&T and when my current contract expires im going with Verizon. AT&T hasnt been really bad but I go up into Wisconsin a lot and their coverage sucks in those rural midwest areas ... I've gotten "nasty messages" from AT&T about using too much off network data while im up there .... apparently they are piggy backing off vzw network and it costs them money lol.

AT&T is pretty good but Verizon is better.

Impossible for them to piggyback off of VZW. Maybe T-Mobile or some other GSM carrier, but VZW and Sprint has CDMA phones which is totally different. I get them to. I drive a truck, and when I get to NM, and AZ I am off network. Parts of TX are that way to, but most places have 4G(fast 3G) coverage.
