I really need to come up with something. Many of my coworkers use Sirus XM. Some use Spotify, and I am forgetting a few I'm sure. Need to get something in place by this weekend. Punching around aimlessly on the AM/FM radio is poitless.
Many thanks.
What music/podcast subscriptions do you use on the truck?

I guess there's a few, but not enough to make it memorable.
Turn it on now. -
I personally use Spotify paying upgrade for longer audio book add on .... Also audible for 2 credits monthly.
Listen to lots of audiobooks but also enjoy Spotify podcasts and my own playlists. Don't know if iHeartRadio allows custom playlist creation. -
Apple Music is good if you have iPhone. Not just because it’s Apple but one thing they have Lossless music. They don’t cut some of the music unless you want to save data.
If listen to Sirius you might notice the music doesn’t sounds as good as you remember. They compress(remove some of the music) to get more channels on the satellite. I believe Spotify also compresses the music. YouTube Music has high quality music settings as option. I would say it’s just as good as Apple music and very hard to hear any difference. Even in truck you can hear difference between Sirius and Apple must set to Lossless. I would look soft something that doesn’t compress the music or has option like YouTube music or Apple Music.Last edited: Nov 21, 2025 at 7:51 PM
