    I wonder if maybe it is not such a good idea to be trained be experienced rookies.. I understand they are fresh out of school and enthusiastic and motivated.. but, just not sold on it being a good idea yet..

    Ahh, it made the big jump to YouTube. Figured that wouldn't take too long.

    Edit: I just found another copy of this video on YouTube, with much better video quality than the previous one posted.
    Not to try and "one-up" joseph1135. Just a recent higher quality version.
