What % of all truck stops are tight backing only

    I thought sliding your tandams all the way TOWARDS the front made it eaiser to manuver the trailer?

    Depends on the maneuver. But it's much easier to back a trailer with the tandems slid all the way back. Position ### end in the hole, slide tandems all the way back to eliminate swing and back like a professional monkey. I mean steering wheel holder. I mean driver. Darn Siri

    I'm sitting here at the J south of SLC. I drive a fairly long 386 Pete, it's no 379 or W9 but it's no Casacadia or Volvo either. Took me good couple of pull ups to squeeze it in due to CRE parked against the curb but manageable. There's another open hole 2 spots down and so far 2 Cascadia drivers and a Volvo have either looked and said no or tried and left. How do these guys do their jobs at shippers/receivers? Or is it simply that lazy...
