What % of job related communication is verbal and what % is done via macros

Company prefers using Qualcomm messages, but I have to handle all broker communication myself and that is 100% by phone. I avoid calling customers unless there is an issue with the load like being late.

Basically, this job is great for loners, but don't expect to avoid human contact.

 

Depends on the company, most megas you nearly never talk to corporate except breakdown.

Are all computer jobs this bad? I was trying to study to be a computer programmer but went back to trucking because of financial issues. Wondering if I should abandon the whole idea and just work on a driving career.
