What Picture taking app for receipts do you use for Trucking?

I Use Cam Scanner on iPad. Itll turn it into a PDF. I take pics of my receipts and bills with that app and can easily be emailed to anyone. It isnt Free... I believe I pay $7.99 per month.

 

Yea it saves it on the app and you can label it to show what it is..

I pay for it because I got tired of the ads... you be trying to scan a bill and then get a pop up ad about how you can increase labido..

 

Ya i hear ya, I started a thread about software for owner ops. Because old lady on my hass about doing same thing.
I also use the camscan app, to take pictures and e mail them. Either as a PDF or as the picture.
However I don't see how this would help you? Come jan your still gonna be adding numbers.
The number would just come from a screen instead of paper.
So short of finding a software program. I think the best thing is to just buy a ledger from staples.
Then once a week or month. Tally up the reciepts and write them down. Keeping the total current?
