I totally get the appeal of a hood truck, especially a pete . I spent a few months in one that even had air powered windows. Very cool trucks.
If I am paying for the fuel though, I totally get the appeal of a drop nose truck since the biggest reason I do this job is money.

What I dont get at all though, is anything in between. To me, thats just the worst of both worlds with none of the gains.
You cant convince me that those minor changes have any real effect of fuel economy and they make the truck less cool
