    My very first employee was fresh out of school and i hired him right away on 1099 , he worked hard for 3 years for me and now he owns 2 trucks . We are good friends and help each other if needed .

    Nope......9 out of 10 drivers out here are the same way. Same with shippers and receivers. If you don't have thick skin, and get butt hurt easily, this is not the gig for you!
