I talked to them about it. It seemed my 10 hour breaks would all happen in the Chicago mail lot. Little home time. Rules in the winter and all. Just walked away.

Here I could be home days, notice I didn't say nights.

I never proceeded farther than the phone interview.

Well, my breaks would be during the day in Chicago on a paved parking lot, I guess. I told him I wanted something with more home time and he was baffled. Plus it was a shared truck.

I have had good luck with having thrm reschedule a load becuse of weather. You have to do what you feel is safe. No load is worth your or someone else life or you going to jail over. If its bad shut it down, you wont be the first driver to do it snd wont be the last

My company has this weird thing about totalling trucks and paying claims on fatality accidents. I don't know what's the matter with them? I figure if the Grinch can make it down that hill, so can I.
