There’s no right answer, you put it in mid to low 60’s you’re dealing with mega carriers. 70+ you’re dealing with the cars that think the want to go faster, but not behind a semi and you’re playing leap frog all day passing each other. It’s exhausting….59-61 range.

I run 68/70 gets me the best fuel mileage and I don't feel like I need to hold my finger up in a visual line with a still object to make sure I'm moving lol

Unrestricted.

The limit; in high traffic, I usually slow down to let the speedsters and weavers do their thing. I go 5 under on hwys thru town downtowns or residential.
