    I know IL does, are there any others? Excluding the NE, I won't consider moving there. Thanks.

    Originally had an Ohio CDL. Then moved to Utah... they had me redo the written test. Just transferred to Kentucky and just had to fill out an application and the self-certify for the medical card.

    Thanks fellas, I'm long term planing my escape from this state. I should have been more specific, it's the driving part of the test I'd rather not retake.
