About me: I have worked in transportation for 10 years. I quit my job to move to CA to find a bigger problem to solve. I started with Schneider National then started my own brokerage. That sucked. Then I went to work for USA Truck's brokerage department and eventually became an office manager. I love the industry and want to find a really big problem to solve

For me the biggest annoyance have been brokers that offer ridiculous rates on heavy loads. The most ridiculous rate I was given was $0.82 a mile (simple divide the amount paid by miles) and this was on a 44,000 load coming from KY to NC.
