All You need is their mailbox and a drawer in their file cabinet .

I’m sure some enterprising person has already set up such a business somewhere in one of the states you’re considering .
Offering a file drawer and mail collection and perhaps a parking space .




that and a residential lease to show the dmv to change your address on your license , but I’m not sure you even need to change the drivers license to move the MC address
And a receipt from a extended stay motel will work , or a receipt from your cousin showing you renting a bedroom .

 

I would use South Dakota for the address, drivers license/residency takes one day to get. Motor carrier insurance is cheap there and so is property if you purchase/lease anywhere besides Rapid City. Register your LLC in Montana as a foreign Corporation and purchase your vehicles (semi's) to the Montana LLC and address where's theres no sales tax. Trailers should be titled in Maine, no tax and less than $200 for 7 years.
