What the heck is this Comcheck? (or authorization check?)

That's the way a lot of insurance companies are going these days. Thing that sucks is no more meds after this batch without visiting the doc again. Like I have $150 laying around for a doctor visit! If the insurance company doesn't pay it, the doc's office does have some options which I will check out once I know if they are going to pay or not.

 

It's the same with most Comdata companies, according to what I've been reading. Pay is "deposited" to your comdata card.

Now, from there you can have a "Direct Deposit" set up - but you still have to call and authorize the money movement. It's not hard - takes maybe a minute to do, and about 3 days for the money to appear in the assigned account.

However, not to worry - most truck stops I stopped at treat the comdata card as a credit/debit card in its own right. If that fails, almost every truck stop has an (expensive) ATM. (I prefer to find a WalMart hand use that ATM to withdraw about $100 or so every Monday. Usually lasts me a week. Trinkets and doo-dads for the family are extra)

Have you tried seeing a Chiropractor? I used to have lots of lower back, shoulder and neck pain (severe at times). Just a couple of chiropratic treatments did more good than Medical doctors I saw could even dream of. All they ever did was give me pain medication and schedule another appointment so they could get some more $$$ out of me.

After three months of Chiropractic treatment I felt like a new man. More energy, better sleep and off the pain pills.

Been there done that. I actually have a very good one here, but there is only so much he can do with disc degeneration also. It's a come and go thing, and most of the time I do pretty good. This past weekend was just a bad one. I've been going to chiros since I was in high school. I avoid taking any meds as much as possible because I don't like them. Sometimes I just have to give in and do it for a couple days or so.

It might help to look at the date of posting before replying to an almost 4 year old post! That is found in the upper left hand corner of the on my computer blue bar above your screen name.

 

Can u tell me how u deposit the code from comcheck? I live on Long Island & none around here
