I'm a new driver set to graduate in mid March. Ive been on the phone with multiple companies and have been pre approved for Stevens and Werner. Also been in touch with armellini and a company called vero logistics. I was hoping someone on here had insight into companies or even good things to ask recruiters. Also vero pays percentage not cpm it seems like a double edge sword any thoughts on that would be appreciated.
Thanks

You will want to ask the recruiters about their company's CSA score. You can easily go online and check their score yourself, but this is a good way to test their honesty. Pay attention not just to what they say, but how they say it. If they talk in circles and give bland, non-specific answers, then chances are they are feeding you a bunch of bs.
Sadly, this is the case with most recruiters. They are getting paid to lure in drivers, so they will just tell you what you want to hear.
I personally don't know about the companies you listed so I can't say anything about them. Being a new driver, you probably won't find the perfect company right off the bat, but just having a clean Cdl will open some doors for you. Pick something that will suit you for a year, then move on to something better. Good luck! -
From what I here, the first question should be "Are you lying to me"?

Oh, that's interesting. I didn't know they changed that. Looks like you can still see the out of service numbers though.
