In the past I have mostly done day trips, but now I am about to start driving for a company that is gonna have me out for 4-6 days & occasionally longer. Besides the obvious what are some smart things to bring? I will be by myself in a Volvo mid hi sleeper so I will want to bring only the bare necessities. Please keep the dumb, unhelpful jokes to a minimum.

The biggest thing you need to bring is a sense of humor and the ability to let things just run off your back!

Plenty of chill pills don't hurt either and don't leave your patience of a saint at home !!!!

    MNdriver Thanks this.

Extra toothbrushes. If you drop one on a truckstop bathroom floor, you wont want to pick it up let alone ever use it.
