We don't know what those 3 black jurors voted. They needed 9 unanimous votes and there were 12 jurors. The point is he was black and there should have been a fair trail.Thats what all this is about and nothing more.Thats why all the protests. Not any different then all the laws the trucking industry has but yet doesn't apply to 4 wheelers.I think its great ppl are fighting back up against the law.

The justice system is broke? Since when was it wrong that the justice system convicts someone for a crime they commit? Brown was inside the cops car, on the drivers side. Last I checked, that isn't the side your supposed to be on

Trying to find the link where I saw that number, but in the meantime, just google "darren wilson kkk" and there's a ton of stuff out there. Granted, some of it is from so-called "news" sources that are little more than conspiracy theorists, but the allegation came from hacktivist group Anonymous.

Also found this on USAToday's site: http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...-klan-ferguson-police-michael-brown/14275115/

You're right,I wasn't there and never said I was.Officer could have been in the right but all the ppl wanted was a fair trial. How often do cops go to jail for shooting someone?Laws need to be changed for sure. Many of the cops are the biggest lawbreakers there is.Thats my beef just how this mess was handled.Browns never had a chance simply because they are African American.

    That in bold is BS.

Before that you said the officer could have been in the right. If he was, and evidence points that direction, then the trial was fair, right? So, what you're saying is that you wanted this cop to be prosecuted, whether right or wrong, to make an example of others that were wrong?

What did the grand jury have to gain by not indicting? They knew violence would probably flair if the case didn't go to trial -- they could have done what was easy an passed the buck to a criminal jury. But they took their role seriously and weighed the actual evidence and found insufficient reason to put a man on trial.

Do you know who is to blame for the riots? Irresponsible media. They love "a good story" more than unbiased reporting. An unethical journalist, when faced with multiple quotes/sources, will pick mainly (or only) those reports likely to rile viewers/listeners/readers. Thus anyone looking for 5 minutes of fame can saunter over and tell a tale. Those same people either won't testify under penalty or perjury, or their testimony falls apart when caught in lies.

American government was created to protect individuals both from the government itself, & the tyranny of the many. Only at her worst does America buckle to the pressure of a lynch mob.

Since when did beat cops start carrying tear gas on everyday shifts? And "unarmed" does not mean nonthreatening/non deadly --especially when the "unarmed" starts struggling to take away someone else's gun.

Like everyone else I wanted a fair trial then let the chips fall where they may.If there was a trial and evidence points to the officer being not guilty then I won't even be having this discussion. All im saying is make the laws fair.Do you think we have a great justice system?I haven't agreed with much of anything since Obama became president but one thing I support him on is hes going to make the laws fair and equal for everyone.
