I know quite a few of us remember Joplin, MO. All those huge shiny new truck stops are no coincidence. That's one of the few things we came together on as a community: rebuild Joplin.
I've run through the outskirts of quite a few tornado storms in my day. Kansas, Nebraska, Ohio, Arkansas and a multi twister night time run down the west side of FL. Weather radio blaring, wipers slashing furiously, hail so big I'm just waiting for it to crack the windshield. Don't get me wrong, I'm no cowgirl, I was begging for a place to stop my train the whole time. Man, those were some white knuckle shifts.

Big Don Thanks this.

Just do what I saw a guy do when he got pulled into a truck inspection; lock the doors, go into the sleeper, close the curtains and hope it goes away.
Boattlebot, tucker and Big Don Thank this. -

MyRadar app. Weather alerts. Real time imaging.
Lepton1 Thanks this. -
I refuse to deal with ads in a critical radar app. For general weather information, I don't mind ads. Radarscope has made lots of improvements to both their iOS and Android versions over this past winter to satisfy chasers looking for options other than GrLevel and other software options...
Lepton1, HiLoSapien, mindes and 1 other person Thank this.
