You've been there a year already... how long do you have to stay at only .21cpm? Mileage pay is deceptive. You can make .50 cpm, but if you only run 1000 miles a week you aint making nothing. My personal feeling on a situation like this is that you knew how long you would have to give the company in service to pay back the company for training, you should live up to that agreement before you leave.
JustSonny, The Challenger, otherhalftw and 2 others Thank this. -
What Biscuit said! Also, take a long hard look at some of the threads about Knight on this forum.
After that, if you decide to jump ship for Knight...JustSonny Thanks this. -
fixer9510 i was denied by millis and do not understand why my dac is in good shape all i want to do was go to there school to get foot in door

You REALLY need to read the thread on Knight, CR England and the rest before you jump into this cesspool of a job! .21 a mile? ROFLMAO!
Those 3 I just mentioned are BOTTOM FEEDERS! They'll make you sit for a few weeks while they "talk" you into a fleece program designed to make them money but you get the shaft! And Knight will do that just as fast as CRE!
I still can't figure out how after a year you haven't paid back that school? That had to be a ripoff! How much more could you possibly owe them? -

I would pay the school off and then go find a new job. Knight and england will still be around when you are clear and free from your current employer.
