what to do?

    i have a cdl that i got in 2000, only drove local for a year. didnt pay much so i had to take another job and have bin there ever since. i want to drive again and tmc looks really good with the home time. i live in philadelphia pa. they told me i have to take a refresher and that i would be ok. i dont have the money to spend on the refresher how else can i do this?

    They have programs to help pay for your education if you are being trained for a new job. The biggest problem is finding those funds. Good luck.

    There isn't really any way around this. The only other option is to find another company that will hire you and with 3 to 6 months OTR experience TMC will probably hire you. You may find a company that will provide a refresher up front for a promise to work a certain amount of time.

    TMC will reimburse for driving school at a rate of $100 per month if you can find a loan with that low of a repayment rate or near too it.
