Are you talking about training or your own truck?

    Ramen noodles.

Flip Flops for use in the truckstop showers.

    Baby wipes.

Go with a company that has APU's on the trucks.

With trainer as little as possible.

Flip flops are a must for showering.

Once on your own a 12v cooler with as much food as you can pack in. I usually keep a case of water as a safety along with other drinks for the time I'm out.

After a few weeks out you'll have a list of stuff to bring next trip

Good question; If you're going out with a trainer, take a few sets of soft and spongy ear plugs. Buy them at Walmart etc. You'll wonder why now but thank me later. Most of these trainers snore loud enough to wake the dead. Remember that you'll be bunking in an area not much larger than a closet and there will be times when both of you will be off duty and sleeping (or trying to sleep). Ear plugs come in real handy.

    Next week, we'll cover:

"The reason for the purchase of a putty knife or scraper type of tool". This interactive type of class should take approx. 35 minutes from start to finish. Everyone is invited. Thank you.

I assume you mean with your trainer.

Well as a trainer this is my must list. Blankets and pillows. Gloves. Shower kit to include deodorant. Some shoes you can get quickly out of as you cannot wear shoes in the back of my truck. Cell phone charger. Entertainment of some type. Some changes of clothes. All the paperwork they gave you in orientation and finally a good attitude.

Pack light. I didn't use more than half of what I brought.
