Im almost 51 myself and doctors do not send me to tests unless they discover one of two things inside of my system. If they did not get to understand my specific history as a pain patient and why I am one they would likely give me a DOT card because the exam is not a complete one. Some of these DOT card mills are just that you get a few minutes to look at a eye chart, weight height and if you are not in any apparent difficulty you walk out with a med card in hand.

Trucking has changed in the last 20 years that I have been out and I don't think it's for the better. People are being sent to tests because the neck is too big. You can thank Daddy Obama for that circus. Sleep apnea my foot. Some of the places you have to spend a night in a semi somewhere you don't sleep if you know what's good for you. (South Chicago comes to mind...)

Lol hell to the no , they must make sure you can see and ear and walk get in and out of the cab check your legs the pure pure basic that is it plus which ever company you go work for is going to have you go to there Dr anyways
