    Either you are a troll or... You must look and (act) seem like your in pretty bad shape in the eyes of a doctor.
    I've got several years on you and have never been asked to do get any extra tests done.

    Just find a different doctor for a DOT examine unless this is a company doctor that they require you to go to. In that case find a different company to work for.

    The FMCSA dos NOT require that you have $2500 worth of tests just because you are a certain age.

    Around where I live, Urgent Care facilities will do DOT physicals without even having an appointment. Just walk in and get one.
