If I have a lot of hours to drive I go with cargo shorts and Polo shirt. At all of my customers I need at least FR (fire resistant) jeans, FR long sleeve shirt, steel toed boots, and a hard hat. Some require a safety vest. I stop about half an hour before getting to the customer to get geared up and take care of nature's business. Don't show up at a customer looking unprofessional or desparately needing to use the facilities.
If I have a lot of stops in town I leave the safety vest on when I drive. If anyone has a problem with that they have far too little going on with their own business.Ryan423 and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this. -

When I was younger, I did the Peterbilt Cowboy thing, Black hat, black vest, black jeans, boots but after I got my own truck, I went more to work clothes cause I always did most of my own work on the truck and I got tired of ruining clothes. lol
Lepton1 Thanks this.
