my boss and I have an agreement, if I freeze to death because he whines about the truck idling, my wife will be his next boss. That said, I've slept as cold as 15 deg. in just sleeping bag, some times I have a fleece blanket I'll throw on top of it. I make the decision to idle or not, not the company, if he's gonna whine about the idling, I have a company Mastercard in my Name on it, I will get a hotel room and he can pay for it.
what to you do to stay warm?

I use Army cold weather gear. You can pick up cheap Goretex at Army/Navy surplus places

You don't have an auxillary heater in your truck? Most trucks have them. Allows you to run the heat while the motor is off. Usually work pretty well too! Man, your going to end up getting pretty sick sleeping in cold weather like that!
