The 100 gal tanks on the KW might deter a few drivers. I had 120 gal tanks on my 386 and that was probably my only real gripe. I have 150 gal tanks now and knowing I can still run another 700 mi at 1/2 tank is always a comfort when off the beaten path or just trying to make the next state for cheaper fuel.
The ultra shift would be a deal breaker for me.

To clarify,
Its used Melton vs used Maverick25(2)+2 Thanks this. -

From what I'm seeing of trucks waiting for help, and also dealers and services available, I would pick the Cascadia, although a 10 speed Ultra is not something I would want, it sounds like Maverick is one of the companies to me. I can stand in the midroof X-tra tall Cascadia that I drive. I'd rather have the full condo, but I get along fine without it.

If I had a choice I would take the Freightliner..... I dont like the KW trucks that you cant stand up in the front... JUst my opinion,,,

I agree with Mrbeast. I'm O/O now.. but as a company driver, pay and steady miles takes priority over anything else. I'd drive just about anything if the money was right.

Do they both have Tri-Pacs? Tell us about the APU's.
Right now I would prefer the T-660. -
Even the trucks Maverick uses for the TC fleet are mid-roof, xtra-tall, not much difference at all in overall height until you stick a deflector on the roof. You can stand in the sleeper of either the FL or the KW.

i personally dont like the 660 too narrow and hate the step down into the sleeper
the cascadia has a better turning radius too
at 6' 5" I have no issues in the midroof cascadia
