Hi all. I currently own a 1988 Mack superliner. It was converted to a dump truck.
But now i need to convert it back to a tracktor so i can haul gravel trailers and asphault belt trailers.
What type of fifth wheel do i need that will get the job done at a reasonsonable cost?
The converson should be farily easy. I hope.. thanks in advance.

That depends on what type of end dump you plan to pull. A frame type or frameless? A frame type doesn't require any special type of fifth wheel while a frameless requires the fifth wheel to be blocked so it remains stationary.

you can put a fontaine on and pretty much forget about it --other than greasing and shot of spray when servicing
