What type of foods do you cook in your air fryer on your semi-truck?

The 1,000 watt and 700 watt microwave differ in the amount of energy they deliver to the food, not ability to withstand "excessive electricity." Loads like electric motors and old style incandescent light bulbs, and CRT based TVs have a very brief period in which they consume maybe twice the amount of power they will use after that fraction of a second period. That's why you will see inverters with a Peak power capacity and a continuous power capacity. If I recall, this is caused by something called inductance. The bigger the spread between the device's power consumption, a microwave, and the capacity of the inverter the better it is for the inverter's health and longevity. A 1,000 watt microwave will be harder on your 1,000 watt inverter than a 700 watt microwave. If you have to use a 1,000 watt microwave on a smaller inverter, I'd suggest choosing to cook at reduced power, most microwaves have the ability of cooking at less than 100%.

 

You can't. Imagine keeping rodents out of the truck after you make it smell like bacon.

 

That’s how I imagine it, it’s like going to an Indian house and all you smell is the curry. It’s permanently there.

 

Are you kidding. Mice can get in anywhere

 

I tried an air fryer in my truck. It stunk up the truck and having to deal with the cleanup afterwards was too much. I took it home and put it in the kitchen.

My microwave does just fine, I meal prep before I leave home and also bring frozen fully cooked chicken breast and frozen broccoli etc…and meal prep towards the end of the week and eat on it for a few more days.
However I only stay out a week-two tops.

 

This truck not that I'm aware of, but pretty much everything else that I've ever owned yeah I've found signs of mice.
Typically if a vehicle DOESN'T sit around much you won't have trouble. But if something sits for a week or months mice will find their way.
I'm not saying it's common but yes mice can find their way into almost anywhere

 

We had an old freightliner that sat out in the sticks one winter, came back to it in the spring to find Rats had infested it terribly. Found several dead carcasses. That was an unpleasant drive home
