Ever haul Ball Foster beer bottles to Budweiser? They automatically expect 6 to 7 pallets to be lost. These are usually towards the doors. Once you open them, it's a slow screeching "TIMBER" as they slowly fall over.
what was the WORST or CRAZIEST thing you have ever hauled?

All these stories I find to be very entertaining, to say the least.
I do think there are a number of you who would agree that I take the cake. In both 'crazy' and 'worst' categories.
When I drove a taxi. I hauled drunken women.

I've hauled some of those can loads going up to Ball in Fairfield, CA. On one of them, I opened the trailer door and a huge amount of cans started pouring out the back. The wind was blowing pretty strong and there were hundreds of cans blowing across the parking lot. I'm sure some homeless guy was happy.
Not a good idea to pack cans that way when trucks have to come up Hwy 99 and 12 to deliver.Lepton1, DeepSouthRollin, x1Heavy and 2 others Thank this. -
I picked up a 42k load of beef hearts on Halloween night once

A trailer load of Campbells soup cartons boy was that load lite and to make it worse had to drive through 70 mph winds from KS right through to CO.

I picked up at the Riverside, Ca USPS BMC going to Landover, MD USPS BMC. The load was to supposed to be 30,000 lbs, and at 4:30pm was cut off time for loading. 4:30 came around and they told me to pull up so that they could seal my trailer. I took a peak in the back of the trailer, and there were 9 boxes total. Talk about 2,600 mile trip with literally an empty trailer

I would say my worst load was 46,500 lbs of printing paper going from Domtar in Ashdown, AR to BYU in Provo, UT going across I 70 in CO with no jake brake
