That's a pretty strict diet. It sounds like you'd have to eat a lot of that stuff (minus the steak obv.) to get enough calories everyday, assuming you're not drinking any calories.

I have a LOT more energy now and have never felt hungry. Part of the key is eating a lot of high quality fats and oils, like the oils in fish or olive oil.

I'm starting my CDL school next week, I went in for my DOT physical a few days ago. No joke, at one point the doctor looked at me very serious and said, "You know, self-driving trucks are just around the corner. You're profession is going to get very competitive very fast as companies start buying these self-driving trucks."

Again, totally serious expression, like he was telling me this as a favor. I'm new to trucking, so obviously I don't know how true this is, maybe he's right. It just struck me as very weird.

Wait, you're seriously saying that Midwest regional only pays 34cpm??? What's the average mileage? I'm moving down south of Grand Rapids next week, and if that's true, I may as well not even finish my Schneider app...

If all this Doctor does is physicals for truck drivers for a living, then he should be the one that's nervous.

Bob Dobalina, ajohnson and Brettj3876 Thank this.

I'm more concerned about my property being over run by Unicorns and the Swedish bikini team parachuting into my backyard....intentionally!

Next time, ask him if family practice is gonna get competitive when anesthesiologists start downgrading and doing DOT physicals,,, robot anesthesiologists have arrived and are already handling sedation for minor procedures.
