Network engineer for a satellite communications company. I always want to drive truck and finally saved enough money to allow for the career change. Just worked my last day at the job and will be heading to orientation at Watkins and Shepard on the 16th of May. I'm quite excited about it. I love technology but it was time to move on and fulfill my dream. :)

I..uh..I just worked in retail, primarily at drug stores.
I was once an assistant manager and later a photo lab manager (oh the pictures I've seen, especially when I worked at a store near a university). I was stuck in the retail niche. Hating my job, hating most of the people I had to deal with every day. I needed a change and truck driving was always in the back of my mind ever since I rode with one of my friends a few years ago.

Worked at a steel mill for 32 years until it closed. Next I got my cdl, now I deliver to food warehouses. Not the most glorious of driving jobs, but I'm home every night and enjoy it!
