HAHA!!
Nah, no bad exp at the Dr for me. Just wondering, especially in this sue-happy world we are in nowadays.
I USED to be into reef tanks when I was living in CA and had a house. Built a nice 180gal In wall with 90gal sump, 41" beckett.
Man, I miss that tank.![]()

10 yrs. in the Army..last 3 yrs. as a DI at Ft. Benning, GA..then 20+ yrs as a Security Manager in a 300 bed hospital in Washington State. Got tired of all the BS with the job, moved to Ohio, went to CDL school and here I am.

Yup, the reef tank hobby isn't trucker friendly. -
I ended up parting it out when I started driving. I'm not driving now, but don't think it would be smart to dump all that money back into a hobby. I was a very well paid exec type then, just work for myself now. I spent well over $8k to get that tank up in CA.U4EA Thanks this. -

I applied to many chip companies, newspaper deliveries and ... a local school bus company! Actually I have an interview Monday with those guys... We'll see! They provide the CDL with Bus endorsement... Not quite like trucking but heck it is a way to start I suppose, while waiting for a real truck!!

Over 30 years working as a Dealership auto mechanic. It was time for a change and truck driving is something I always wanted to try as a career. Went to school, got my CDL and I'm starting orientation on May 23rd with Roehl. We'll see how it all plays out.

Close to 17 years in the death industry. Started as a sandblaster in my wifes family business making headstones. Learned headstone layout and design, sales, and installation. Then added gravedigging and cemetery maintenance to my ever growing list of responsibilities (all without a raise, working for family sucks). I did maintenance on all the equipment as well. Took over the company 3 years ago. Now getting a divorce and happy as hell to be away from all that BS.
U4EA Thanks this.
