We don't mind paying the tuition. That's why he went and we knew if he didn't decide to stay with them and sign the. contract for 6 months then we would have to pay it back.

    think about WHAT you read....

WHO issues a license. It isn't a single company out there. It is issued by a STATE that is following a FEDERAL regulation for a Commercial Drivers license.

And you wonder why people refer to most drivers as steering wheel holders.

And WHAT will they tell a judge? Not paying a class course is a civil matter. Nothing to do with a CDL. A judge would laugh you out of court.

You are not the only one sharing poor information.

So is a trainer telling him they will not be able to use it for 3 years? Talk about a line of bovine excrement. There is no "abandonment". If there is, then a nice kurt letter to HireRight from a lawyer would have it removed for bogus and fraudulent information.

The trainer is trying to scare him into staying on the truck. It's about as professionally ethical as what CR England does in the rest of it.

But hey, people feel they MUST go to these mega rip-offs to get into the business. So they will continue to prosper.

And that's the same CR England that was recently the President of the American Trucking ###'c.

Yeah, I feel he's really looking out for the better of the trucking business.

England is one of the lowest of low. Make sure he documents everything that trainer says i mean everything. CR England CANNOT take away a CDL that trainer needs to be evaluated. But after all it is CR England bottom feeder company.I feel for trainees held as slaves for these bottom feeding mega carriers. The trainees in so many cases bullied into believing total rubbish. Tell him to keep documenting everything.

In 1995 I jumped truck with CRE because my mentor was a turd and CRE refused to swap me to another mentor. Low and behold in 1996 when I applied to another company there was an abandonment on my DAC. I filed a challenge (what they called it back then) with my side of the story to hire right. CRE responded to my challenge and after reviewing the facts my DAC was cleared of the abandonment because I never abandoned anything, I just left the pass seat empty and the truck continued on its way without me. Yes I did have to pay CRE back for the schooling but since that was the contract I singed I did so willingly and it still shows as a positive on my credit report.
