If he jumps they (CRE) can and most likely will try to slam his DAC. But about all he did at that point would quit without notice, no biggie and no law or anything like that broken. What will show on the DAC report would be something like "will not rehire" anything else could be contested by your hubby.
I jumped out my trainers truck when he told me to park in and went in for a shower. He never told me where he wanted it parked, I've always wondered how long it took him to find it?:biggrin_2559:Anyway all that went on my DAC was the will not rehire and I even got out of repaying for the training!:biggrin_25514:
Wish both of ya the best and congrats on the baby!

Thats weird. I went to school back in 08..contracted with JB Hunt. after 2 weeks of training hell, with a trainer who had rotten cat-piss as body odor...i had my wife drive to the kentucky yard, and pick me up. i told em my dad was sick and i had to get home. i made one payment to JB for the school...but thats it. havent heard anything since. been driving on my cdl ever since. and just got hired OTR with USA truck. :)

Jebus....I wish people would leave the "U.S. Marshall" response out of all blogs pertaining to trucking. They can't and won't do diddly.

I didnt have much of a choice. i had to go to a company that would pay for school..a company that had a terminal close to where i live..and a company that could get the process started quickly. i heard UPS only hire #### for their drivers, since you have to wear those gay ### shorts. Just what i heard. That must mean UPS is a crap company...right? People dont like certain companies for their own reasons. USA has done nothing to cause me any concern. Besides..USA has been going thru major changes.. People ##### about miles...and at the same time DEMAND to be home every 14 days. you really think im gonna listen to anyone like that? Im gonna be out 30+ days at a time. im a hard worker. i dont cheat on logs. im here to drive..not galavant around pilots and petros, blabbin on my CB..about how bad my company is blah blah. i left the third grade in 1979 or so. If you dont like USA..congrats. If me going to USA means im a bad driver...ill be happy to challenge you in a truck driving skills rodeo, to prove that im not. i only drove these trucks for 12 years in the military..including 14 months in iraq. so im pretty sure its safe to say that ive driven in conditions that you will never drive your entire career.
But im just rambling now. im going to be working for USA...so that means im a convict who couldnt pass a real cdl school.( which is odd..i got my cdl in 2008 from a 7 week full-time school..and i was an ohio state trooper for 7 years...cant be a convict and do that)
im just tired of people mindlessly running their mouths. ive had to deal with that here at c1.

ok (against my better judgment) I'll get in the ditch for a second...then I'll let the other readers (if they choose) finish dismantling your dribble. First, I drive for freight, so I don't wear shorts. Wright Racing and I both started at USIT, so I speak from a years worth of experience regarding the company, to which I have no complaints, nor did I express any. As for the rest of your JB Hunt, Iraq, OSHP "claim to fame"...whatever! Everyone hear has a story and 80% sounds like yours......see the thing is, the posts here don't lie, they are just a historical record of the people who do and serve as a chain to tie all the BS together. Which in time, if you continue here (to which history has shown you will not) we will see if what you say is true. As for now.....your story is fragmented, hostile and frankly unbelievable.........you left the highway patrol and are working at USA for .29/mile, really? :biggrin_25524: And if that is true, you have both my apology and my sympathy.
