Dont agree? You think the OSHP is gonna hire a convict? EEO dont mean crap. It even says before you even THINK of applying.."do you meet all of the following criteria:" blah blah..dead kids on the road..blah blah convicted of a felony..etc etc" You REALLY are trying to argue with the wrong person when it comes to the Ohio State Hwy Patrol. save yourself the embarassment.(sp)
If you were mocking the rest of what i said, or implying that i am somehow lying, then quit being so lazy and see my reply to ghost ryder.
If you cant figure it out after that..::shakes head:: -
It says you have to be eligible. Not sure what determines that. Also, the U.S. is one of only 4 countries that does not federally provide paid maternal/paternal leave.
From Wikipedia: Only four countries have no national law mandating paid time off for new parents: Liberia, Papua New Guinea, Swaziland, and the United States.[SUP][3][/SUP] In the U.S., the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) mandates up to 12 weeks of (potentially unpaid) job-protected leave, including parental leave, for many American workers. Subnational laws also vary; for example the U.S. state of California does mandate paid family leave, including parental leave for same-sex partners.
Doesn't say too much for what the us government thinks of parents. -

Actually June of 2012, in the famous McMahon vs Suhey case. Giving them the authority to revoke or suspend a CDL. -
Got a link....Google is unable to find that case.
