I actually have new employment now, and was just sitting here at 3am, bored out of my skull...so I googled my name. A few pages in, I cam across this thread. HAHA!

So I quit USA truck...short of the 1 year..so now im ####ed paying driver solutions. But I don't care. screw em.
I quit, cuz I was getting screwed ..hard. I had just about had enough, when I got a email saying my VA disability had been approved...and a week later, two years of 40% disability back pay were in my bank. Booyah! Soooo, I sent a QC msg to my disp, say ### off. I unloaded the truck. Went home. Loaded up a uhaul...and drove to Phoenix ( My kids live out here, and wanted to be here when they start graduating)

I worked asphalt out here for a year, until the job I really wanted came through.
After 15 months of waiting, I am now a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, with the Dept Of Justice: Bureau Of Prisons. In short; Federal Corrections Officer.
Good benefits...top pay for any corrections...anywhere. PLUS..i am buying back 4 years of my military time..and already have 1 year federal service on the books....so ill do 20 years here, but get paid in retirement for 25 years.
This place is gravy! It really is a club "fed". Its med. security..soo its not like golf course-esque...but still..as far as prisons go...its pretty chill.
