And I guarantee you don't run the most miles in your fleet. That'll be a team truck, or better yet a mentor truck. Unless your on dedicated, which your not. Or local, which your not.

And I also guarantee ya, the hardest runner in the fleet will be someone trying to pay a lease off.

    Sorry.

Nobody here knows that, and nobody deserves to be judged over one bad week.

Everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves.

Sorry, but what leads you to this conclusion?

I was #2 solo driver 2016 (annual miles, 350 miles below the #1 guy) in a long-haul fleet of 320 trucks. I'm a company driver in a 65 MPH company truck. Nobody put a gun to my head. I like to run. I manage my clock right. I take what they give me. I chain when/where I need to. I don't miss appointments. I get the job done, every time. So what does that make me? An idiot for "working too hard"? Somebody's going to be in the top producers group, may as well be me.

Bested on his own words . That he deadheads , often in the wrong direction , just because he did not want to sit . Guess deadheading 300 miles a day adds up. Killing his drive line. Read that he is not managing his clock worth a hoot. Given HOS violations three days in a row. One of his coworkers has figured out who he is . Just that him at his own words.

I haven't finished reading through the latest trials and tribulations of @RedRover on this thread yet, but after multiple comments along this line, and having driven for Swift for two years, you don't understand.

Swift lets you fuel when and where they tell you to fuel and they tell you how much fuel you will be able to put in the tanks.

    Period. Drops mic.

Now it IS possible to "REOPT" your fuel plan (that's "reoptimizing" for those of you that don't speak fluent Swiftanglish), BUT there is absolutely NOTHING a driver can do to tell the "system" to top off the tanks.

So, while those of us that KNOW enough to top off the tanks, and I am pretty sure @RedRover is one of them, that all means #### when it comes to how Swift uses a computer generated fuel plan to tell you when, where, and how much fuel you can take on.

I get sick to my stomach when I see that picture. Lives were forever changed that day. Very very sad.
