I bought a 95 W900B with the thought of possibly flipping it. The first words out of the mouth of the man who drove it home for me were: "What kind of money do you need to sell the truck to me?" It is as I said a 95 W900B (short hood) 3406C, 9 over, 3.70 rears, AG100 air ride, 42" bunk. It was spec'd strictly as a fleet truck. One muffler, one breather, splendor interior, basic gauges, rubber floor mat, etc. The steers are good at 60% and the drives are brand new General D460s ( the stickers were on the tires before I drove it). The paint is badly faded. The truck wasn't pressure washed for show to sell it. It has two small cracks at the headlights from a minor hit. It is just as it was the day it was taken off the road. It ran from south GA to the market in Atlanta and the market in Birmingham AL. My other half doesn't know a great deal about trucks but it's condition blew her away. Twenty years old and it still looks this good? It's killer plus: 388,000 miles. Yes, it looks it and drives as a truck with these miles on it. What retail value would you put on it? Thanks
What would you be willing to pay for a super clean 95 W900B

What did you pay for it? If he's offering to buy ask him what he'll give you for it and work from there. If he isn't offering what you paid then make a counter offer above your cost and see if he bites.

Retail? about 6k.
selling to that guy who drove it home, 30% over the price you paid plus expenses.bigguns Thanks this. -
ok first things first an 85 is not a short hood because no long hood was available and the C model cat was not available in 85 sooo I'm not buying the low milage that said maybe 8 to 10K IMHO

read a little slower the op said its a 95 NOT an 85. Like the old saying goes "theres an ### for every seat". If you bought it to flip it entertain all offers.

I only wanted a simple opinion on what it would be worth in today's crazy market. Pictures might back up what I say but most trucks look good in pictures. What they actually are is something else. All of you don't know me but I won't make a statement that I can't or won't back up. I was wrong on the miles. It is 366,000. I was nevr good at math.
