what would you do if a broker doesn't pay detention

    i can't find anything on " circular " service , some of the rate sheets states detention some dont

    Some do pay for everything, others don't, we have had out of 10 times 5 who paid and the other 5 said to sue the broker so I did, and won every time.

    Biggest thing is what the rate confirmation says, and if they're trying to shortpay the OP, or if they have the detention agreed upon and signed. Needs more information.
