Good advice. My problem for me with that is I get what I refer to Hobby ADD. I will get interested in it. Go down a rabbit hole until my brain is satisfied I know enough then go off chasing another squirrel. I'm leaning towards Monterrey Mexico because of it's close proximity to Texas and decent healthcare sysytem. -
