Helicopter is maybe 20% of size of the fixed wing industry. Training is twice as expensive and there are a lot fewer jobs. My brother’s Father-in-law was USMC and flew Clinton in the Marine One chopper to/from the White House. He had 2,000 hours turbine multi-time. He flew for air evac service in AZ. It is more difficult getting a helo job than an airline job for fixed wing. Ex Military pilots can supply most civil jobs.

Adderall contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Amphetamine and dextroamphetamine are central nervous system stimulants that affect chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control.
That would be a big....NO. :) What's funny, is that even though it's a controlled substance, and makes 'normal' people high it doesn't have that same effect, essentially, on ADHD people, but regardless, it is a controlled substance and won't lend itself to the job. Even with a doctor's prescription. :)

I would try the Marine/Boat area type of work, if you are near the water.
Another option is Paving Construction type companies where you might operate equipment
I would also try Railroad, but you know I am old myself and the RR does lean towards younger, although they can't say that
You could also collect stuff from dumpsters and sell it at flea markets. Can be challenging getting enough stuff to sell
Some folks visit estate sales, garage sales, "junk" night, garbage night and pick up stuff to sell at the Flea Markets.
I do not have a pickup truck so I am limited, but you may not be.

I'm over 70, retired from driving, then dispatch. Got bored after a couple years and now I drive a school bus.
They can't get enough drivers, treat me well and I'm home every night. I think the thing that surprised me the most is you don't need a Med card! I work for a small district. Only 50 drivers or so. Most of us are over 60, half of us over 70!
And during the summer? They pay me my guaranteed 25 hours per week to stay home!

Driving a school bus seems like a catch-22 for me.

Caring too much about the kids' safety, with me at that age, would probably make me not do it.
On the other hand, who cares about all that when there is a free paycheck for 25% of the year.

For multiple reasons, I'm wanting to get away from driving truck unless there's some major changes in my personal situation. So, I'm looking into Merchant Marine for Great Lakes.
