    Gotta pass emissions here and methinks Hillbilly don’t want a Canadian Truck. Only way I can make emissions fall off is swapping in an older motor

    They made the ISX for a few years before the emissions started. You could just “convert” it to one of those. I have one and the valve covers look exactly the same other than the tag.

    I’m just saying.....

    I've been told by a guy at work that toilet paper inside a wire loom is not traceable just use a cheap non scented one.:angryfire:

    There is a guy on here with one from 1998....

    I know for a fact there were some produced in 1999. My reman says it from 2003 but doesn’t require EGR.

    The original in my truck was 2000

    The Signature, & the ISX came out in '99. early ones were Lets say) Problematic..
    but the Gen2 (CM570) version are a great motor... I've got one, being very reliable durable..

    Local truck parts store quoted after market DPF at the same price as dealer. Aftermarket Catalyst was $2100 cheaper. The outlet was NA in the aftermarket. So that brings the price for the 3 big ticket items to $7200 CDN ($5000 USD)
