Love's is the best place to fuel at and park at for the night because they have the best rewards points, are the ONLY big chain truck stop that is building a lot of new stores (about 40 per year the past several years), most of their new truck stops are big with easy parking and even the smaller ones usually have easy parking as well, they usually have the cleanest showers, they usually have the cleanest bathrooms and are pretty good about cleaning them once per hour and all parking is free.
My ideal hometime is 4 weeks out (or 28 days - 32 days out) and 1 week off.CorsairFanboy and Speed_Drums Thank this. -
Thanks - Why are Volvo's best over the others? -
Military get 4 weeks (30 days) a year for everyone, rank doesn't play into it.

One thing that would be great is if a load has enough time and the right direction moving, to stop by the person's house for an overnight fitted in.

Well I mean OP asked what he should look for in a company, so he would probably appreciate any leads as to what American companies offer 4 weeks of paid vacation after working there for just 1 year.
Did your union shop offer 4 weeks of paid vacation per year after working there for the 1st year or no?

better ride, better automatic transmission.
but can be a bear to find a dealer on the road, and parts can be pricey. -
Smoothest ride of them all and most comfortable overall for the driver.
Plenty of room inside for the long haul drivers.
Breakdowns are less frequent than other brands.
Volvo is the only company I'm aware of that has all the kinks worked out on automatic transmissions.
Automatic transmissions save on fuel costs.NavigatorWife and TexasKGB Thank this. -
